“Would not recommend this place at all. I met with Dr. Ophilia and within the first 20mins of our appointment I knew something was off. I’ve been in therapy for years so I’m used to the first appointment being a more get to know you type of thing but she seemed super uninterested in what I had to say. I was sharing deep emotional trauma with her and she was yawning, leaning on the desk, making weird faces, and clearly distracted. She acted completely uninterested and then I find out she mostly focuses on medication not mental health therapy. After our call I searched for a new place to go because she truly lacked the empathy, care, respect and compassion I would expect from a mental health provider. Maybe some one else on the team is better but I’m done with them all together. Also you fill out almost an hours worth of paperwork and she gets on the phone and just asked the same questions I already answered she didn’t even look at the paperwork I already completed just a huge waste of time and if I was in a bad place mentally her behavior would’ve made me feel even worse.”
