“I see why there’s only 2.5 stars on the rating for this place. You call Sharon ( a receptionist) she has an attitude, you call another day and speak to someone else and they’re laughing at you from “another conversation”, you call to check in to see about a “confidential” letter they send in an envelope with writing all over it.. Yvonne will talk over you and then tell you she’s hanging up because you made her uncomfortable… why? Because they have none of the qualifications you need in order to work in a field with mental health. Who hires these people? And then I’m supposed to play nice??… like who really needs the help here? You’re all always so miserable and quick with patients. The doctors on the other hand are okay but that’s besides the point when I have to go through hell every time I want to make an appointment or get a prescription refill..”

“These people don’t care about your mental health. Been trying to call Mark all week cause he told me stop taking my mood stabilizer, I warned him but now I’m feeling off the wall & the most depressed. Then your staff goes ahead and continues to irritate — with their snorting nasally voices and their lack of care and compassion. So now I’m discharged in the middle of the medication crisis and 988 won’t even answer :), that’s cool because mark might or might not call me back :) :).”

“don't normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to provide my feedback here. If possible, I would give this establishment a zero-star rating. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and discourteous. Despite signing up three weeks ago, I didn't receive a phone call to confirm my registration, and I had to initiate contact myself. Unfortunately, the staff's response was dismissive and uninformed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place at all.”

“If I could give them no stars I would. The staff is terrible with returning phone calls. Very unprofessional and insensitive to their clients/patients. The staff does a horrible job at following up on their clientele. People are suffering with major mental or other psychological issues. May or may not have a substance abuse issues or even may be suicidal but none of them really care about your well being. It's difficult to even get a hold of staff by telephone. No one follows up with you unless they want you to update insurance information or complete paperwork. I just hope that they do much better going into the present and future because they are playing games with people's livelihood.”
