“I sent my daughter, a student at Morehead University, to this clinic yesterday (Saturday). We were pretty sure she had the flu, she had every symptom...fever, headache, body aches. She was NOT tested and sent home with cough medicine! I had to drive 2 hours to pick her up and bring her back home to be seen at an urgent care clinic today, and of course, she HAS THE FLU! The person she saw said she didn't think it was the flu...why? I have no idea. We wasted our time here to say the least. If the flu is going around and someone comes in with EVERY symptom, test them!”

“If I could give them less then 1 star I would. Waited from 1:50-3:50 to be seen. The doctor (who never introduced himself nor asked for my medical background) saw me for two minutes between 3:50-3:52. Then left. This outpatient center also neglected to send in my prescriptions after I confirmed with my doctor and the front desk that's it'd only 45mins. Might as just stay sick because you won't get help here.”

“Came in after having a viral infection for 8 days that didn't get better. I checked in and was seen within 5 minutes. The physicians were very timely and courteous with getting me taken care of. Highly recommend. Great staff!!”

“The app said I have an appt at 7. I wake up at 6 to drive thirty minutes down to Morehead, and these clowns tell me my appointment is at 12:30. WHY say that you’ll call with the appointment time if you’re just not going to?? Why put the wrong time down??”
