“I would like to thank Cathy Clay and Dr. Jacob Sifers....these two worked together yesterday to go above and beyond to help me in ways they didn't have to. They listened to my problems and then fixed the issues I had going on. If there were more doctors/counselors like these two people health care would be so much better. I can't express my gratitude enough. These 2 deserve a blessing in return for the blessings they gave me yesterday. Again thank you BOTH so much for showing that you truly do care for your patients. I feel like I can Finally breathe again. Thank you both so much”

“This is not a place to get help. To be honest they do everything but help. They bill your insurance for the time the “see” you and read you a disclaimer that if you do yourself bodily harm or are considering harming someone else then they will have to take legal action but they don’t do anything except say their hands are tied and they can’t do anything. So it’s a big money racket to try and get someone help and the say they will help them but when it truly comes down to it you are on your own and they will do absolutely nothing because they could care less they are just there for the money.”

“Becky caused me to lose my job AND house bc she kept cancelling appointments to refill ADHD meds she put me on. I went thru dangerous withdrawls and nearly took my own life. Do not go here.”

“I have seen two different providers here and haven't been helped. Both of their policies are that they only up one medication at a time. This treatment is not aggressive enough for what I have going on. I have yet to see the doctor, but when I asked this office if they could ask and see if it was his policy to do this so I wouldn't waste my time this office refused to do so. I understand that decisions are made depending on the patient, but these two providers do that for every patient. It wouldn't be too crazy of an ask to see what this doctor's policy is. The two providers I saw were really nice so if you only need one medication upped at a time you might find help with them. How this office is ran in general is very poor. The receptionists are really nice. Update: There are 3 providers here in this office. I have seen 2 out of 3. I requested the doctor and because I had seen the other 2 practitioners the doctor refuses to see me. I have not done anything to warrant a refusal from this office. I should have a choice in who I see as a provider. If I don't like someone's care over me I should be able to see someone else. If this office was my only option for healthcare, this would be terrible since he is trying to force me to see the other two providers. I hope you choose to see a different office.”
