What patients say on Google
“If you were actually good doctors and nurses ect then you wouldn't schedule an appointment and then let your patient come in set for 30 plus minutes and then tell them oh that dr is gone and use the excuse new system... You do realize not every one has a fancy job that can afford to pay for a full tank of gas, especially with gas begin 3.64 a gallon.. I'm very disappointed in the treatment by the staff and poor quality to back your books when switching to a new system we all see what that college education paid for so much for efficiency...”
“I have been trying now for about 6 months to get a new doctor. Everytime I call they send me to their “supervisor” and everytime she DOES NOT ANSWER. I have left multiple voicemails and she has NEVER called me back. I have run out of medicine twice now and still can’t get a doctor. It’s absolutely ridiculous.”
“Family member needed to be seen for issues, couldn't get an appointment for 6 months. This is unacceptable. Seems like the don't take mental health seriously.”
“I went to this facility for a Nuerological review for the possible early onset of dementia. The question of whether I used Marijuana was asked. I said yes, for sleep and anxiety because it's legal in my state (VA). Immediately the mood in the room changed, which lasted the rest of thw testing, which only lasted and hr and half. My husband & I both were told I woukd be in there for at least three hrs, maybe more. I received my results recently, which are completely biased due to my use of THC. This person didn't ask me anything personally, but based almost everything he said on my results off of my thc use, including my "lack of sleep". I've had major sleep issues since I was a teen. I told him this. He never once asked anything about my past history of trauma. He knew me for all of LESS THAN 2 HRS and based the majority of his findings on a "drug" that isn't even illegal in my state. He was very condescending during testing. He spoke of his "job security" while my husband was still in the room with me because we noticed his plagues on the wall. My therapist is recommending a second opinion due to his biased against me.”
