How likely are you to recommend UHS Vestal?
What patients say on Google
“The worst experience I’ve ever had at a hospital. Receptionist are miserable and rude. A smile would go a long way — when you are giving service to patients at a HOSPITAL, you’d think you’d be extra caring to them since they are there for a medical reason… hoping these miserable receptionists receive some joy in their life.”
“A woman can get an antibiotic with virtual appointment. Yet man experiences symptoms and diarrhea and no recent use of diarrhea gets sent home with follow up 30 days later. Even with bloodwork showing anemia and urine test sent home. Sometimes you need to trust the patient.”
“Doctors and nurses are very sweet. Some receptionists and pharmacists are some of the worst people to walk this earth. Made the experience very hostile and awkward. Isn’t your whole job to care for people ?!?!”
“Very disappointed with my experience at UHS Vestal. This was my first and last visit. My relative went there once before and warned me — I really should have listened. My visit left me questioning their integrity and billing practices. The doctor completely dismissed my actual concerns and instead ordered several expensive lab tests that had nothing to do with my symptoms. The charges ended up being in the thousands, and the explanation didn’t match what they claimed to have ordered. It feels like a serious case of insurance abuse. I won’t be returning — I’ve lost all trust in this facility. After this experience, I feel like I need to record every doctor visit just to protect myself.”
