“It took me 2 years to find the correct office. I had a horrific time with Guthrie on Shippers Rd. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kaushal and the entire staff. From the moment I met her, I felt comfortable. It was so nice and refreshing to be listened to and taken seriously. She kept apologizing for the lack of care and the way I was treated at Guthrie. It wasn't her fault, but I so appreciated it. We came up with a plan and I am looking forward to working with her and the rest of the staff so that my health will improve. It will be a pleasure to see her and the rest of the doctors in the office along with the staff. Kudos to all of them.”

“The lady at the front desk that I spoke to today was extremely rude acted like I was like an insignificant thing that was just annoying her. Because I was explaining to her that I needed to schedule something on my day off of work because I'm juggling a 15-year-old my 15-year-old's baby that I now have custody of and two jobs. So I have to be able to do my appointments all in the same day I'm suffering from carpal tunnel severe carpal tunnel it hurts so bad and it's affecting my life with my children and my work and my sleep. I'm not putting all my problems on her but I just wanted her to understand that sometimes people need a little more wiggle room she wouldn't even contact my doctor for me to see if it was possible for her to get me in today or possibly tomorrow she shooed me away and told me to reschedule it online. So rude I think I'm going to switch the place that I go to. I love you UHS. But this specific place in Johnson City is unprofessional rude and they most certainly do not care for the patients or anything that has to do with them in their lives.”

“i never felt so dismissed in my life by a doctor do not go here if you have serious issues i genuinly hope that doctor gets fired the doc literly gave me the not my problem type of attitude 0 emotion at all not a care in the world i left with no solution and probaly have to go to the er i cant believe how someone as uncaring as they are can possibly be a doctor literly telling me to do things that i said did not work”

“I aways have a good visit with Dr.lau..She is the best..I don't know what I'll do when she leaves.The office staff is very helpful and the nurse is so caring. Dr.Lau listens to everything I say and she's very helpful with whatever I need. Thank you for the best care.”
