What patients say on Google
“I recently went for a routine checkup at UHS on Main Street in Endicott. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM, and the nurse called me in around 2:25 PM. The entire process was smooth and efficient. The nurse was professional, respectful, and friendly while checking my blood pressure, weight, and other basic information. Shortly afterward, Dr. Julie A. Bambara met with me and took the time to ask about my overall health, well-being, and whether I had any concerns or medical issues that needed attention. I was very pleased with the experience. Having recently moved to Endicott from New York City, I was genuinely surprised by the level of care, professionalism, and personal attention I received. The visit was timely, welcoming, and made me feel that my health truly mattered. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I left with a great impression of the healthcare services available in the Endicott community.”
“I'm giving them five stars to trust that they'll write me a doctor's letter tomorrow stating my dog is a service pet, no doctors letters stating dog service pet. Then I will not go back to this place and I will lower the starts to one star. I'm only going here because I need a doctor's letter stating my dog's a service pet because I have seizures. It's just a simple easy letter stating Hector Medina's dog is a service animal helps him with his seizures. A simple letter in Microsoft word would work if I don't get a doctor's letter then I won't come back to this place. I think I already said it”
“I have an appointment on 3/20/26 Friday at 4pm. I came in before 4pm then the receptionist said they cancelled my appointment. I forgot her reason. I asked her why they didn't call me. She said they tried to call me on thurs but they cant contact me. So, i asked her why don't you send a message in my chart so i wont come in today, because its a waste of time and its raining the uber price is high. She said nobody look at the my chart message so they don't send a message. Then they re-scheduled my physical exam appointment on May 1st. I received the email it says re-schedule reason Patient. So i went to the receptionist i told her i didn't cause the re-scheduling. You cancelled it. she said she will fix it. What is the use of my chart if the uhs staff thinks that nobody look at it. one star for the scheduling.”
“Shiloh was excellent. Listened and cared thanks ken. She is 5 stars. I was charged for Specialist copay $30.00 for the Jan visit. A lady in Endicott was investigating but she has not called. So far this visit is still $5.00 primary copay.”
