What patients say on Google

“Mark and Renee were absolutely amazing throughout my physical therapy. They’re both highly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their patients’ progress. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made each session comfortable and motivating. Thanks to them, I’ve seen real improvement in my left shoulder. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great physical therapists! And Mark, good luck finishing “Crimson Desert”—you got this ✊🔥”

“Mark and Renea work with me 2x's a week since I had my knee fixed and their motivation matched with their knowledge makes me feel both excited and confident in my healing process. The entire staff are friendly and knowledgeable and most importantly take time to listen to your questions and concerns. Also let me not forget the ladies at the front desk you are guaranteed to be greeted with a smile each time you encounter them. The ladies at the reception desk always make sure that you have your visits scheduled and that your billing is in order. I recommend this facility 100% , this team is among the best in Broome County!”
Mary Hill
“Katelyn and Nick are absolutely outstanding in their PT profession. They are certainly attentive and respectful to me as their patient. The care and concern I receive is fantastic along with watching out for my safety. They are professional and definitely knowledgeable in their treatment plan for me.”
Paul Marcyan
“I Give 10 Stars To start the receptionist area was very professional and friendly. The scheduling was easy to make, change or cancel. If your appt is at 8:30 am-- at 8:30 on the dot-- you were promptly told to go up for your session. I never sat downstairs after my start time. 5 Stars Before deciding to go to UHS, I asked around where did people suggest was the best place for PT; the majority said UHS Endicott by the High School. I had Katelyn and Nick (also a local College trainee) as my therapist. All 3 were excellent, professional, patient, easy to talk to and answered any questions. Their first question was always-- how are you feeling today? They always had my exercise schedule planned out; I can tell that they cared about my improvement. I did improve a lot. My hip is definitely better than it was. Would I refer anyone there-- Absolutely. Would I go again (I hope not) but Yes. I had a great experience. Thank you Katelyn and Nick. 5 Stars.”
