How likely are you to recommend Two Roads Wellness Clinic?
“I've been going to Two Roads for the past 3-ish years, and every experience has been wonderful. The lobby environment is very relaxing, and the staff are seriously some of the sweetest people I've ever met. I always felt both seen and heard by everyone, from the providers to the receptionists, which is something I can't say about a vast majority of other appointments I've been to over the years. Setting up payments and insurance is quite easy, and the staff will always help you each step of the way. Two Roads is the first place I've ever been for mental health services, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 10/10 would recommend.”
“I had a wonderful experience with Two Roads! Their staff were fantastic and I loved the infrared sauna. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking to improve their mental and health wellbeing.”
“Place is awesome they really take great care of their clients and show they care about their personal needs. Susan Hillard is wonderful and is very sweet and understanding. Could not recommend this place more.”
“I am extremely disappointed with Two Roads and their predatory billing practices. My wife scheduled an appointment in the afternoon for the following morning—less than 24 hours in advance. Due to severe anxiety, she was unable to attend. She called several times only to get to voicemail. An $80 no-show fee on someone who was trying to cancel and was already within the 24 hour no-show time naturally, is extremely malicious and exploitative. These people are in it for the money, and aren't intending to ultimately help you. Heed my warning, please. Edit after response: This is not your 1st review regarding these practices. You're aware this is an issue. You continue to employ these practices regardless of the situation your patrons are in. I love how you conveniently refuse to acknowledge that "respecting the providers time" also puts people who book within 24-hours in an impossible situation where they can't cancel without penalty. Instead of addressing the issue, I get hollow sympathy from a patronizingly predatory company who would "love to support" my wife. The only thing you respect is the bottom line.”
