““Owner” was completely disrespectful. Claimed paperwork wasn’t filled out when in fact was. Proceeds to say credit card is required when I was more than willing to give it over the phone. She proceeds to get upset when I asked her why they called me back at 4:50 when I originally called at 12 multiple times. “Find a new provider” completely unprofessional behavior from the little girl. They respond faster to google reviews than actual patients 🤦‍♂️”
