How likely are you to recommend Turning Point/ Outpatient Psychiatric Services?
What patients say on Google
“Comprehensive, highly effective, cutting-edge programs. Competent, affirming and compassionate staff. They were very patient and accepting of all that I shared with them. Various treatment components worked together as a whole toward wellness. I was treated for severe depression and suicidal behavior. Experiences there have been life-changing and I have regained my will to live. My treatment included Intensive Outpatient, EMDR (specialized treatment for trauma), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Treatment included seeing a psychiatrist who was also excellent. Programs could benefit from increased marketing. I would entrust my loved ones to their care.”
“The experience might be better if you’re referred by a doctor or there in patient program. Anyway I was already nervous enough to call and try and set up arrangements to go here for help. The man that answered the phone sounded frustrated and had an attitude with me. I simply asked if they were accepting new patients. He responded with the information that it’s a group therapy that meets three times a week. I’ve only heard of this place from research into trying to find help. After reading the already provided reviews I’d assumed this was the place to go for treatment but after my experience I no longer feel that way. Not because I don’t feel I’d benefit from a group therapy but because of the way I was talked to on the phone. If you’re going to work somewhere that involves mental health don’t be rude or hateful because they don’t have a full understanding of your practice. He could have simply said we’re always accepting new faces/people at or group therapy that’s held three times a week.... or just said what he had said in a nice way. I apologize for the length of my review I am just rather hurt and felt better somebody else is put through it I should inform whomever.”
“A great experience. I would recommend to anyone”
