“Kidney stones peeing blood in and out of the hospital the caseworker told me to go get a job and then I was admitted to the hospital. Asking for help when I got out they closed my case the girl that was telling me to go get a job did not update my file. Now that I'm actually bedridden I really need the help and resources they think it's funny just to tell me I can come back after wasting 3 weeks of my life. I try to escalate it to the supervisor and all they do is deflect by selectively listening and telling you oh well we set up transportation oh you can come back while I'm trying to figure out why a stranger sat down in my house for 3 weeks telling me that she was updating my file after I told her I was having seizures while I was waiting in line they told me to go work 20 hours. I'm still urinating blood. I was just recently admitted to the hospital for having a severe infection. And tropical just thinks it's funny oh you can come back.”

“They don’t care if you want to kill yourself, they told me I can’t talk to anyone there and they only prescribe medicine. So much for getting help.”

“This place is absolutely horrible and so unorganized weeks and weeks I had to go with my antidepressants! They aren't good if I'm being honest. The ladies at the front desk are so damn rude for what? For no apparent reason. I understand they are trying to do their job but have some damn respect! You never know what people are going through! Have some sympathy! Jesus!! I suggest if you're looking to get help to look some place else cause this place is absolutely horrible! Not all the people there are horrible some case workers and social workers, doctors, nurses, my psychiatrist are really nice nice people.”
