“My Fiance went In there to get a prescription for adderall. Because he finally got insurance. He went in and was told they’re going to do an evaluation. Which was fine. Was waiting In the car with our kids for him to get out. He calls me and tells me that they’re going to put him in rehab “ because he said he use to be depressed “.. He continued to tell them he is okay and that he doesn’t want to go. They took him. Now he will be missing work which may lead to him getting fired. Yall force people to go to rehab because yall just money hungry. I myself have gone to rehab and I can tell you it doesn’t help it only makes things worse due to having to miss work and bills piling up. Do better and listen to your customers / patients when they tell you they don’t want to go. The sucky part is now I will be left alone on Mother’s Day with our three kiddos. Also was just told by my partner that the counselor That did the evaluation (Alex Garcia ) lied and told him that he was going to go get his supervisor and that’s when he came back with the security guard. He didn’t even finish the evaluation or even told him what was going on. Basically just said he was going to rehab. We will be hiring a lawyer due to misinformation and emotional distress to him and our family and other things as well. This place either needs to be shut down or fire people like Alex Garcia”

“It's an amazing experience I've been there since I was a teenager myself I have a psychiatrist and a counselor also I get to see Dr champion the primary care doctor and I do get my own social case worker I love a 10/10❤️”

“Edit: lowering to 1 star. Would do 0 if possible. Practically Impossible to get a hold of anyone, ridiculously hard to make an appointment between follow-ups... it shouldn't be this hard to see your doctor. Love hate relationship with this place. We get the help we need for the most part, but FORGET about getting a hold of anyone. Nurses don't answer or call back and if you accidentally miss your appointment, they won't give you your meds and appointments can be weeks or months out. You'd have to go to your PCP or the clinic to get them. It's ridiculous. Not to mention some of the staff have that passive aggressive tone. Hate it...”
