What patients say on Google

“Update- they are now ruining my mother with the medicine they prescribe her OVER THE PHONE, the medicine has had NOTHING but negative effects. What a joke of a place. I plan to take action against them because Adonnova AND Sue are NEGLIGENT. I have held off leaving this review for quite some time now because of the treatment Adonoca Barret put me through. I have severe PTSD/Anxiety/Depression. All of which have been diagnosed. I have Cystic Fibrosis and had a lung transplant in 2016. I came to Adonoca for help years after my transplant. I have had several seizures in public. If you’re like me and you have too then you know the sort of anxiety this causes. Every single time I would be in any public setting I would always have to leave the store (example) and wait in the car for my fiancé. I would become dizzy, faint, disoriented, my eyes would dart back and forth, my anxiety and ptsd from coming 2 WEEKS from dying has left me scarred for life. The dosage of medicine Adonoca was already not happy with providing me WAS NOT WORKING. I tried to call her several times and the secretary was caught in the middle because Adonoca just was not calling me back. I actually felt bad for the secretary as this was not her fault at all and I was having to voice my irritation at her since Adonoca was trying to sweep me under the rug, as it felt to me. When Adonoca finally got around to answering my messages that I had left her days in a row, she dismissed me and told me I was “just medicine seeking”. I was SHOCKED. It took me so by surprise that I had to ask her what she even meant by that. Like my brain couldn’t understand how she could look at someone with as many REAL, SERIOUS, attributing factors to my anxiety and basically say I was pretending. I got off the phone with her and cried. I cried longer and harder than I had in a very long time. I came to her for help and she made me nothing but worse. Maybe I didn’t look sick enough, maybe I didn’t come off as bad off as I was because I have ALWAYS been able to put on a smile anyway. It’s a coping mechanism. Pretending you’re okay when you aren’t. If I could give her 0 stars I would. I told my next psychiatrist about her, they couldn’t believe it. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone that I care about.”
