“The reviews about the front office staff are 100% accurate. I feel like all they care about is charging your credit card or your insurance. They do not return phone calls, or emails. I've been trying to cancel an appointment for 3 weeks I have left three messages I have sent three separate emails that I have sent at least a half dozen or more follow-ups too and I have not gotten a single response nor has the appointment been canceled for my son. Considering they charge your credit card prior to the appointment I feel like they do this on purpose to get your money because you'll never get a hold of anyone to get your money back. This is probably why providers jump ship for other practices and why I will not remain at this practice with my son. When you are treating people with mental health issues every aspect of the practice needs to have a little bit more kindness and empathy and the people at the front lines at the front desk don't even know the definitions of these words.”

“I have been coming to Trinity for a while and finally decided to leave a review. At first, I was iffy because of the office admin but they have changed and the atmosphere is absolutely incredible. The new manager Amanda is so kind and she always listens to my concerns. She is extremely helpful unlike the woman before. The other girl that works with her is incredibly sweet as well and always compliments me in some way. They bring a super positive experience and the office is nicely decorated. Dr. Mathew and the other providers have really helped me. I highly recommend Trinity to everyone.”
