How likely are you to recommend Trinity Mental Health and Family Practice?
What patients say on Google
“One of the worst mental health and counseling places I have ever been 2. Even when you have you one on one sessions, front desk people are always walking in interrupting the meeting. My therapist Stephanie was the worst one. I asked her to send my medication one place. She would send them to a different place. She’s lazy, un driven, after you take the mouth swap test (that costs 300$) she bases all her decisions on what kind of medication you will be on. If she messes up on sending your prescription she won’t fix her mistakes or take any responsibility. I wouldn’t recommend anyone who truly cares about their mental health to go this establishment because they really don’t know what they’re doing. You can tell when you walk in. They go to a new facility Friday. Hope that works out better for them. 0/0 I don’t know how these women have a practice. They do not care about mental health.!”
“Used to be good but too busy now and phones don't work half the time. Can't get an emergency meeting even if you're out of meds. To clarify, I had to cancel an appointment because my phone was shut off. Too poor to pay your phone? Doesn't matter, get treated like you cancelled it just because you wanted to. Now to add, she doesn't care if you commit suicide. Even had a Dr reach out to try and fix the situation. No meds equals withdrawal and everything else. Months without the meds that were working now all I do is think of killing myself.”
“Actually cares about patients.”
