How likely are you to recommend Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Psychiatry & Counseling - Ann Arbor Campus?
What patients say on Google
“I scheduled an appointment months in advance, and then they waited until right before the appointment to tell me that the doctor would be out of office, and rescheduled me for four months later. No apology, no efforts to get me in sooner. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else first.”
“Absolutely horrible care. 1. As a new patient they assigned me to a psychiatrist who was leaving their practice less than a month later. 2. They then weren’t able to see me for a follow up until 10 weeks after my initial appointment. 3. They then canceled my follow up appointment due to a “scheduling error” and the next available appointment was 3 months later. DO NOT GO HERE! Also all of their psychs have a multitude of god awful reviews.”
“Called to make a new patient appointment for my child. Even though we're already in the Trinity Health system, and the website shows two adolescent psychiatrists, I was told I wouldn't be able to get in for six months. I wish I didn't like my kids pediatrician so much because the whole Trinity Health system is awful.”
“I was in 1East for about 5 days and overall the experience was okay. I kinda came at a bad time due to the flu being spread and groups and therapies were either shut down or done at a minimum. I would say that most of the staff, techs and nurses, were helpful and actually cared about the patients. There is one tech, Robert, who was honestly evil and did not care about his job or patients at all. Other than him, the staff is pretty cool. The food and break rooms were really nice and open. The food is one of the selling points due to the variety and getting to order what you want. The down part is that I keep trying to get ahold of my doctor so he can sign some forms from my school and it is almost impossible to get a response back. I just keep getting the front desk workers and they say wait a few more days. I would recommend this place to someone else if they needed inpatient care.”
