What patients say on Google
“I’m seeing Dr, Frazier for my anxiety. She has really helped me with being able to control it. We are able to do the appointments virtually and she really listens to me. I feel seen and heard.”
“I’ve had an incredibly positive experience with Trimera Health and Dr. Maxwell. From the very beginning, the entire team has been welcoming, professional, and truly compassionate. Dr. Maxwell is not only highly knowledgeable, but also takes the time to listen, understand, and tailor care to your specific needs. Her thoughtful approach and genuine concern for her patients’ well-being have made a real difference in my life. The support staff at Trimera Health are also exceptional—responsive, organized, and kind. I always feel heard, supported, and respected. I’m very grateful to have found such a dedicated team.”
“Incredible. Been going for years, never had an issue. But the last 12 months has been seriously frustrating. From the text refill number, to having my meds submitted to my pharmacy in a timely manner, I feel like I have to work extra hard just to get anything done. I'M RESPONSIBLE for finding a pharmacy that carries my meds, I'M RESPONSIBLE to let them know when I'm almost out of my meds for a refill, etc. And for what? To call and tell me I have an outstanding balance of over $500?!! Since when?!! Now my prescription is held hostage until I pay the balance?! I was told I could pay $45/mo, only to be told to fill out Financial Assistance, which I did the minute I received it, then being told 5days later I have to pay 1/2 and THEN my meds will be released. DID THAT, and then was told to wait until "a cancellation comes up" so that I can be seen in the office AGAIN?!!!! I've been on the same meds for YEARS, and yet they continually request MORE money for MORE evaluations, and unnecessary office visits? I am BEYOND frustrated. NO WONDER people are so goddamned reluctant to seek mental health care. We definitely CAN'T AFFORD it, even WITH insurance, and we DEFINITELY are ON OUR OWN.”
“My first visit and I am thoroughly impressed. I was able to get a new patient appointment within a week. Dr. Maxwell was attentive and actually listened to me. I was very satisfied with my visit and look forward to a lasting relationship with this practice.”
