What patients say on Google

“I received therapy appointments here for 5+ years and psychiatric appointments for about 4 years. I chose this place because it was the only place that took my insurance within an hour of my home. The therapists that I saw were mostly alright, but they had a high turn around and several employees talked about patients in great detail in the break room (the door was often open and patient's had to walk past to go into therapy rooms. One of the receptionists yelled at me over the phone when I was making a psychiatric appointment for the day that the psychiatrist said was available, but apparently wasn't. The psychiatrist severely over prescribed me within the first year of seeing her. Whenever there was adverse side effects (including Serotonin syndrome multiple times, resulting in several concerns from my therapist, primary care doctor, and pharmacist) she increased my prescriptions and said that I must of been taking them wrong. My primary care doctor tried to contact Tricity multiple times for years, and they never contacted him back. She refused to help me decrease my prescription despite the severe side effects and requests from my therapists, primary care doctor, and pharmacist. There is only one psychiatrist, so the wait to see her often went over 30-120 minutes past the scheduled time. Receptionist and the psychiatrist heavily guilted patients if they tried to reschedule if they couldn't wait 2 hours. When having telehealth appointments with the psychiatrist, I was quilted into having my appointment in public after going to a public basement due to a tornado presence nearby my university (after she was late by 30 minutes). She is also very unfriendly about LGBTQ+ identities.”

“After going I wish I had gone years ago! Beth was great she listened and gave support, suggestions which both encouraging helpful. Monica was amazing she listened to me and directed me to the right person to fit my needs!”

“I called to make an appointment today and the lady who answered was extremely blunt and had no compassion whatsoever when I asked her if they carried my insurance. They did, but she rudely told me that they’re only serving those in the area right now since I was a few towns over. I totally understand that, but what I don’t understand is how they could have someone like that answer calls from people who are definitely going through a rough time. It’s unacceptable and really shows how much they care about their potential clients. I would’ve considered going without using my insurance since their waitlist was lower than the other place I called, but now after hearing how much compassion they have I’ll definitely be looking for other places.”

“This place is absolute trash. They put you on a ridiculously long waiting list only to place you with a therapist that will violate HIPPA laws, and after you don't want to see them anymore because they made you so uncomfortable, they will continue to bill you for "missed appointments" that were never even scheduled. I honestly don't know how the therapist I saw is even allowed to be a therapist. This place does not care about anybodys well-being, only their money, and the woman that answers the phone is pretty rude too. What a vile establishment.”
