What patients say on Google
“I’ve seen 2 therapist here previously one of them were very professional and caring and very thorough with their work. The second one ruined the entire experience she barely talked about anything at all. And when she did it was things she knew I didn’t like or agree with. I would go into the session and tell her how I feel and she would continue the meeting with just head shaking and a smart look on her face saying “tell me more” after I just did. You can only say so much. Even much so I told her how I was feeling and anytime I would feel sad or angry or something happened with me and someone else she would then continue to ask me “ have you been using drugs?” Or say “when’s the last time you smoked weed?” After me telling her many times I’m sober and I haven’t done drugs in many months and have no plans to. Which I had previously even told her I’m happily how I’m clean. She would tune out everything I would tell her like she was never there. And she would push her beliefs onto me. Telling me to partake in things she does when it goes against my religious beliefs that she was aware of. Or telling me things that dragged me down like im not doing this or this right and I need to do more when I’m already trying to and how I’m too depended on people when they are all I got. I had even went as far as going for a break without therapy since I was doing better without it. And when something bad happened to me I asked to start it back and she had smart replies as far as saying am I seeing things or did I actually seen a email and misspelled my name Muitple times after never doing it before with my name being in my username. She completely ruined my experience of looking for help mentally and being met with uncomfortable conversations and emotional roller coasters. I was looking for help not a judgmental and unprofessional zone.”
“Our experience started well with the ease of paperwork and scheduling of the first assessment part of therapy. We were assigned a therapist " Social Worker " who stuck to very routine questions and then told me they would need to put together a report for the Director to approve next steps. I checked back 2 days later and told the reports been submitted, gave it another week before calling again and told still no response from office director. And our appointment has to be rescheduled do to a double booking? We have chosen to look elsewhere for a more professional and organized mental health counseling practice.”
“Apparently only have 1 counselor that isn't fully booked. Director was very unhelpful. Definitely not a good experience....... Considering there is another family with a similar situation with the "Director" involved and yet again they lost another client. Should make you think before using Tricare Counseling.”
“This office has such a welcoming environment. The woman that works the front desk is amazing with everyone I’ve seen her interact with. The doctors all seem nice but my care taker is the absolute best. I was very hesitant seeking help and struggled for a very long time and finally feel like I can breathe again. Sharon H., you are absolutely radiant! I look forward to my appointments every week!”
