“Had an appointment scheduled for a Monday morning. I got sick over the weekend and attempted to cancel the appointment through the online link I received in my email. When I clicked the link to cancel an appointment it stated that I would need to call to cancel. As the office was closed on the weekend I called first thing Monday morning and got their voicemail and left a message explaining the situation and my attempt to cancel. They have now taken $70 out of my bank account I'm assuming because I wasn't able to cancel 24hrs ahead of time.”
