How likely are you to recommend Tri City Psychiatric Services?
What patients say on Google
“Dr. Zaidi is an outstanding psychiatrist, and my experience under his care has been genuinely excellent. Despite reading mixed online reviews, my personal experience has been consistently positive and reassuring. He is attentive, patient, and deeply engaged during appointments. He takes the time to truly listen and does not rush through sessions, which makes you feel respected and understood. What stands out most is his clinical integrity—he prioritizes what is medically appropriate rather than simply prescribing based on patient request, and he explains his decisions clearly and confidently. I feel that he genuinely cares about his patients’ long-term well-being, especially when it comes to thoughtful and responsible medication management. I would highly recommend Dr. Zaidi to anyone seeking a psychiatrist who is knowledgeable, careful, and truly invested in quality care.”
“I have seen Dr. Zaidi and his staff for several years. I don’t understand all the negative reviews. Please read the reviews carefully and with an open mind that psychiatry is a very delicate field to navigate because of all the different backgrounds, traumas, and mental illness that patients come to see a psychiatrist for. It’s not a one size fits all. My recommendation to people who are seeking psychiatric care for mental health or addiction is to remember that these are people who can’t read your mind. To get the best care, be honest in how you’re feeling and about your situation. Dr. Zaidi and his NP’s are extremely supportive and knowledgeable in psychiatric medical management. They don’t have a “magic pill” that will fix all your problems. But they definitely can help you on your medical journey. If you are honest, work with your care team, counselors, ensure that you are compliant on taking your medication, your path to healing can start. My experience with Tri City Psychiatry has been over the top exceptional. I truly feel that Dr. Zaidi, his NP’s, and staff “DO” care for each patient they see and they genuinely want to see their patients progress to living a healthy lifestyle. I have never experienced a doctor before Dr. Zaidi and his team that demonstrated above and beyond care the way his office does. Dr. Zaidi and his team worked with me as I navigated through my mental health situation. It was trial and error with some medicines, but patience and the desire to truly get better and not self sabotage my life anymore was when I saw the real healing begin. Life that once felt not worth living, turned into just a bad day, a bad day turned into an okay day, and now, an okay day is now one I can now see the sun through the clouds and feel like I can smile and enjoy what life brings. I attribute a lot to Dr. Zaidi and his staff sticking with me and never giving up on me as a lost cause. They see the hope in us that we sometimes don’t see in ourselves. His office not only treat you but cheer you on as you progress. Outside of medical management, I had an insurance debacle and not only did the staff and I work in harmony many hours to sort through the issues, Dr. Zaidi, himself, put in time to assist in getting insurance approval for necessary treatment for me. What doctor does this? He does, because he cares and wants to see his patients well. If you seek true psychiatric medical management you will receive very good care with Tri City Psychiatry.”
“I would not recommend Tri City Psychiatric Services based on my experience. Time management has been a major issue. Appointments consistently felt disorganized, and it did not seem like my time was respected. There also appeared to be a lack of understanding regarding how to transfer my care within the federal system. This caused unnecessary delays and confusion during an already stressful process. Billing has been another ongoing problem. There has been confusion about how to properly bill my insurance, and as a result I’ve had to pay out of pocket. For a medical provider, accurate insurance processing should be standard. My experience with Spravato treatment here was also disappointing. Blood pressure was checked four times during each session, which made it difficult to fully relax during treatment. Additionally, there were no basic comfort measures offered to help with the unpleasant taste that can come with Spravato. Finally, when I requested my medical records, there was no clear or formal process provided for obtaining them. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and lacking in patient-centered care”
“I am one of the pickiest people when it comes to what defines a great psychiatrist as I have very high standards. The psychiatrist not only needs to be incredibly knowledgeable about mental health and medications, but they have to also be personable and approachable. Why is that important? Simple, physicians need to make their patients feel welcomed and accepted so the patients can be honest and trust their psychiatrist. Often times as I’ve seen, many psychiatrists aren’t personable or approachable and patients just end up not opening up about their mental health. However, Tri City is truly a great example of what a psychiatrist is. I have felt incredibly accepted and welcomed a from the first appointment I had with them and continue to feel the same way months later. I honestly feel like the psychiatrist listens to me and determines a good course of action for finding out what medication(s) would best help me. The psychiatrist listens to me and is able to find me a suitable medication that works wonders for me. Having a psychiatrist who listens to you is incredibly difficult. Truly, Tri City is an absolute wonderful place to go for any of your mental health or psychiatric needs. It took me a good year and a half since I returned back to Texas to finally find a great psychiatrist again. This place deserves more than 5 stars.”
