What patients say on Google
“Finally! A doctor who is kind, thorough, listens, explains everything and is comforting! After years of poor treatment from people in the medical field, I can truly say that Dr. Jerry made my visit as calming and informative as possible. I would highly suggest this office! Thanks to the whole team. Great work!”
“I had a very disappointing first visit to this clinic. I called ahead to ask about wait times because I was bringing a newborn and was told there was no wait and nobody in the office. When I arrived it took 15–20 minutes just to check in, and once I was registered I waited another 40–45 minutes without being seen. Staff told me the doctor would be right with me, but no one ever came. I was forced to leave because my newborn was getting increasingly upset and it was close to closing time. When I told the receptionist I couldn’t wait any longer, she seemed surprised I hadn’t been seen and appeared to assume I had already been treated. The front desk and intake staff were not welcoming or helpful. The intake nurse who took my vitals was curt and offered no updates on how long the wait would be. I requested a refund of my co-pay when I left since I had not received any care, but I have not received one or any follow-up communication. On top of the poor service, the facility itself looked poorly maintained — stained carpets and an outdated waiting area that felt unclean. For a clinic with many positive reviews, my experience did not match that rating. I understand delays happen, but clear communication, courteous staff, and basic cleanliness are minimum expectations, especially when patients bring young children. Because of this experience I will not be returning, and I hope management addresses these issues so future patients don’t go through the same frustration.”
“Everyone is so nice here! The doctor(s) are thorough and take their time to listen and seem to genuinely enjoy being there for their patients. The nurses/staff are all so polite, helpful, and friendly as well. Always a 10/10 experience here.”
“Great place for the whole family, they care about your health and wellness. Had an appointment today was in and out in less than hour. They did bloodwork and also did a wellness evaluation while I was their. Everyone there listens to what you say, and gives you the best opinions for your health. Highly recommend, doesn't matter who you see.”
