What patients say on Google
“I’ve been seeing Marcelli Pascal-Rodriguez for years and will continue to do so. He makes me feel heard and like an active participant in my care. His approach feels like a collaborative effort to solve a problem. I never feel minimized, overlooked, or condescended. I feel like I’m treated with dignity, respect, and autonomy. Staff is also super friendly and helpful every time I interact with them.”
“Three stars because Abigail was super nice and helpful. I had an initial appointment today (03/27) at 11am. Received a message in the portal that my provider has canceled our first session because I failed to provide a copy of my insurance card. My insurance card is my military ID. I immediately call Abigail and let her know that I provided my insurance information in the huge amount of paperwork I submitted days prior containing my entire life story. Upon Abigail looking, apparently the provider could not pull my Tricare benefits using the number I provided. Instead of letting me know in any way, she cancelled my appointment because I did not illegally send a picture of my military ID. I told Abigail I was not interested in rescheduling. This left a horrible taste in my mouth. *update: ONE portal message from the provider the day after I made my appointment is hardly “multiple attempts” to reach me. I received ZERO phone calls, ZERO voicemails from Transformation to get the benefits number. My appointment was telehealth. Who was I supposed to show my military ID to? And no, I am not going to upload a picture of my government-issued ID.”
“This is the most unprofessional place you could ever rely on for mental health while having children. Blyth put me on a high dose of Zoloft & wanted to take me off of my .5 of clons because of smoking cannabis for pain when she drug tested me day one acknowledging that I smoked from the start. I asked for departure and different dr then she claimed I abused my meds when I was on a low dose with meds left over I needed Zoloft to ween myself off and she refused then tried to lie stating I abused my meds with no proof and would not give me my full medical records. For several months this facility made extensive excuses after excuses and even at the end walking in to get my records after the third time of getting Paper work STILL did not get ALL of my records or anything stating how I abused my meds or anything showing evidence of statutory proving the points of regulations she tried to say I did just because I asked for a different dr. I don’t ever suggest going to a dr that is okay to just cut you off medications to make you manic especially a high dose of Zoloft. This woman should loser her job. And never have patients again. Not to mention the staff proved they did not care for her actions and allowed it and did not remove what she stated .”
“Dr pascal is the best! He has helped me through some very difficult times in my life and is always there for his patients. I have been a patient of his for 5 years and I recommend him and his clinic to anyone and everyone. I’m very grateful.”
