“I would strongly advise against visiting Transformation Health Services. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very disappointing. The professionalism I expected was completely lacking. The male who answered the phone was not only rude but also condescending and disrespectful, which set a negative tone right from the start. When I arrived at the office, I felt judged and unwelcome. A younger lady with glasses treated me in a very dismissive and superior manner, making me feel as though I was beneath her. If you value your mental health and are looking for support from people who genuinely care and treat clients with kindness and respect, this is not the place for you. Overall, this experience left me feeling worse rather than supported. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and makes efforts to improve their customer service and approach to clients.”
