“Absolutely awful. Do not recommend. Were promised a free 10 min consultation to make sure it was a good fit. Nope. 45 minute call that cost $200. Mid appointment she said "Well, what do you expect me to do about it?" and then ended the call with a random prescription that is not for the right thing, she did not listen, and then asked for a 5 star review before hanging up. Tried to call back and cancel follow up appointment and got ghosted. Emailed and called to complain and ask for refund or something because of how awful it was and the lack of promised mini consultation. Ghosted. Horrible. It's just a pill mill. No doctor should ever treat a patient this way and never be driven by "reviews." We want our money back. EDIT RESPONSE TO BELOW: Your reading comprehension needs work. I did not say he was charged $200 for 10 minutes. He was told there would be a 10 minute "good fit" consultation and he did not receive it. The call ended up being 45 minutes and then he was charged the $200. This was misleading and false advertising on your part. Do not promise a "good fit" conversation and then turn it into a 45 minute call and full charge. Also a lie - he was literally told upon hang up to leave a good review for you. That is unprofessional and disgusting. And to reiterate - he DID contact you afterward about this situation and he was ghosted. Literally no one contacted him back. No phone call or email reply. His follow up appointment was simply canceled with no communication whatsoever. The fact you don't even know what's going on in your own office is incredibly telling. I will make sure anyone and everyone I know does not use your practice and I hope that my review which is HONEST discourages those in need of true help and leads them to other doctors who are kind, honest, and not pill mills looking for reviews.”

“I have a mixed review, but am currently not satisfied with my service. I started seeing Dr. Simi to address my mental health and realized after a few appointments that I needed additional support. I’ve currently only received medication management, but due to some deep rooted traumas I reached out via email and phone to advise that I need additional support and therapy….not just medication management. I never received a follow up call or response to my email to discuss how to integrate therapy into my treatment and what that would look like. It’s like…as long as I just show up and get a new prescription everything runs smoothly. If I actually need to talk and receive trauma informed therapy…..I’m left hanging. I’m not even sure if therapy is an actual service at this point or if they only do medication management. It would be great to have a staff member clarify, address this, and respond to my inquiries.”
