How likely are you to recommend Tranquility Psychiatry and Counseling Services?
What patients say on Google
“I’m a longtime patient of Dr. Molly Hawke and therapist Frances Deutschle (10 years!) and I have received consistent, effective and compassionate care. The staff here are incredibly kind and professional. I highly recommend this practice to any and all in need of counseling or mental health help. They have supported me (and continue to support me) through difficult times and chronic mental health challenges. I am so grateful for their care and support.”
“I have been a patient here since the day they opened and it’s the best experience I’ve ever had with psychiatry and counseling. Tiffani Tobin is empathetic, intelligent and truly cares about her patients. I was a patient of hers even before Tranquility was opened when she was working at a different provider office )and she was amazing then as well) but as an office, Tranquility is the best. I’m always treated compassionately and promptly.”
“So far my experience here has been good. Mackenzie Wenrick, PA-C, CAQ-Psych, has listened to me more that anyone else I've been seen by. I really appreciate the extra step she has taken with GeneSight to see what medication's aull work best for me. This is the first time I've even heard about GeneSight. She really shows concern which is a change and very much appreciated. I also like my therapist Frances Deutschle, LISW-S. I am glad that I followed her from the previous place she was employed. I've neve had an issue when I've had to call the offi e for a cancelation, or any other issue. This is a great place to get treatment. I highly recommend it.”
“I had a consistently frustrating experience with this practice over the last few years and can not recommend them any longer. Cancellation policies are one sided and rigid. You are required to call to cancel, yet when I called during listed hours the phone system stated they were closed and there was no option to leave a voicemail. Despite this, the practice enforces a strict 24 hour cancellation policy and will penalize patients if they miss it, even when the practice itself is unreachable. Prescription refills were unnecessarily burdensome. I was required to complete a long Google form with mandatory questions, including pharmacy details they already had on file, for ongoing medication. This process felt excessive for a psychiatric practice handling time sensitive medications and created unnecessary friction and stress. Communication felt dismissive and procedural rather than patient focused. Despite clearly written refill requests with all relevant information included, I was repeatedly redirected to the same form without acknowledgment of the concerns being raised. Over time, it felt less like care and more like being processed and moved along. Ultimately, I found a new prescriber and requested that my personal information be deleted. Mental health care requires trust, accessibility, and basic responsiveness. This practice fell short on all three.”
