How likely are you to recommend TranQuil Point Behavioral Health Services, LLC?
“I was referred to this organization based on my Christian values, but in the process, I ended up being transferred to another organization called Tranquil Point. I don't know why exactly that was, but nonetheless we went further with their process. We found out that Dallas Family Counseling is some sort of umbrella or front for Tranquil Point. We receive a call, booked an appointment to which the therapist had made a booking error making think that we were the ones late when she's the actual one that booked us incorrectly. Moving on. We show up, the office is freezing, we sit for 5 minutes until the therapist arrives, sit in her office for a good 10-12 minutes. She decides she wants us parents to step out in which we did. 10-15 minutes later we're called back in, there's a quick discussion about future meetings... and that's it. That was the whole experience. We didn't talk enough is the problem, especially about our daughter's problems. If anything, the therapist talked more about herself and her credentials than getting to the actual problem. Everything felt like the cliché experiences you see on television where the therapist is just there to bill you while offering nothing of substance in the process. She practically told our daughter the same thing we've been telling her for years now. My wife and I were made to look like fools and that didn't sit well with me. This whole thing was a waste of time, I feel like these organization camouflage their true intentions behind Christianity with minimum efforts put in place, and that rubs me the wrong way. I Will not recommend them.I was referred to this organization based on my Christian values, but in the process, I ended up being transferred to another organization called Tranquil Point.
