“Do not go here for any assessment/evaluation. I took my son to get evaluated in April and still no results back. Every time I have called they have told me it’s going to take 3-6 weeks. Which is unacceptable. I just called again and was told I will be receiving an email or call back. I read the other reviews and am having the same issue. I advise people to not go here and look into another facility.”

“Do not recommend! I had an assessment 5 weeks ago, I’ve called several times for an update and several calls/messages were ignored, when told I would receive a call back, it never happened. They were quick to bill my insurance but not complete their job.”

“Absolutely terrible. Dr Alexander is the most condescending, disrespectful human being I have ever met. I tried to have a conversation with him and he talked over me the entire time then said “are you done now” at the end of each thing I said. To add onto that, front desk staff messed up my appointment so I was not seen for the correct examination and wasted my time. Please do yourself a favor, and do not come here and waste your time; I repeat PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE.”

“I would strongly caution others against using this company. As of 04/22/2026, the business has a one-star rating with no positive reviews across multiple platforms, which reflects my experience. A comprehensive evaluation was completed for a child over six months ago. Insurance was billed, and payment was rendered; however, we have still not received the evaluation results. This level of delay is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about professionalism, communication, and accountability. It’s not fair for my child to have to go through this extensive testing again with another company. I encourage anyone considering this company to do thorough research and proceed with caution.”
