“If you have private insurance and value your time, comfort, money, and sanity bypass this place all together. I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment but they are an "urgent care." I arrived to my appointment and waited 30 minutes in lobby and then another 20 in the office. When I walked into the office I was greeted by a computer screen. I never requested or wanted a telehealth doctor! Furthermore, why would I travel for a telehealth appointment! She does not listen she kept asking me the same questions repeatedly. She interrupts you while you are speaking and does not listen. She is offensive and disrespectful. She doesn't try to get to know you or your needs. So how can she give you treatment for something she doesn't know? Also, She is a PHD not a MD. Be weary of any place that receives perfect reviews from people who have not reviewed any other business.”
