What patients say on Google
“We needed to get Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B Vaccines for our trip to Vietnam and they were timely/ professional and pleasant. A very good go -to- place for required medical care”
“I never really knew very much about the public health department until the pandemic hit. This is and always has been a very key role in our community. On top of everything they've always done and never get noticed for, they now have taken point on caring for every single person in this county with a positive case, and informing us, researching and educating themselves so they can help us understand. This effort is done with love, courage, and devotion. When things got tough, they got tougher. Your all truly amazing and I hope the staff and workers know that despite the few who complain, there are many who appreciate what you do even if they don't get the chance to say thank you.”
“Honestly my experience was awful. Nobody could give me straight answers, there was tons of finger pointing, and NO ONE called me back. I was told I would be called back about 5 times, and heard back 0 times. Over the phone no one was very nice, and there seemed to be a lack of humility. I understand they deal with covid related issues 24/7 but they seem to be forgetting that not everyone who is put into their system has compartmentalized this pandemic like they have. Overall I was disappointed with my experience and it was very disorganized and disappointing. I would say this over the phone but no one seems to call me back or be available to talk about my case.”
“Visited Tompkins County Whole Health for immunizations for both of my kids. The service was outstanding! Efficient, professional, and the staff made the experience smooth for both parents and children. A word of advice for fellow parents: Don't forget to book an appointment in advance to ensure a hassle-free visit. Highly recommended for health services!”
