What patients say on Google
“My therapy has been ongoing for almost 10 years. I've had different Drs and counselors through TCMH. There was only two things about them I have an issue with, the location doesn't have the best drop off for disabled patients, and one specific Dr I had as a teen that I made them switch me away from. That Dr never once listened to me about my situation and only referred to my abusive father. I snapped one day at him and demanded from the office to be called by a Dr who takes it seriously. I won't say his name here but I don't think he works there now. I have a minor issue with how they handle my seizures from time to time. I respect that the company policy is to let the paramedics come in to move me. But they are afraid down there to help me up in case the person helping me got injured helping me. But that's not so much a issue, it's more just a policy disagreement. Overall thought the counselors have been amazing, Dr Lippert has helped me emensly. I have a lot of respect for them down there and wish them the best.”
“They belittled me went against my patient rights. The law states that a patient has the right to express their opinions and feelings they went against that got butt hurt because I told them how I feel about things and I blew up because nobody was listening to me and belittling me. This place put me under extreme emotional stress. They even sent a person and the police at me which caused more emotional distress and worsened my PTSD. Very unprofessional. This all happened on April 27 2026. My rights were violated and on top of it all the supervisor for my therapist said I don't have rights. Just a slave to the system I guess.”
“My therapist is awesome. My psychriatist listens to all my suggestions that i bring up based on Scholarly articles I read. I really appreciate it. Calling in my meds is kinda annoying but yk it is what it is. I call in a couple days in advance. I wish that there were more black therapists or therapists that are BIPOC. Like i love love my therapist and the way they have grown with me to help me better. I do feel that there are a lack of resources for homeless people/poc. Spaced out appointments can be hard. Love them, i hope they get more funding, more staff, and more diversity (but with equity for those therapists) and as always i want my care team to be paid more.”
“My daughter’s therapist is amazing but to get her meds refilled is a nightmare. I have called multiple times and had to leave a message each time requesting her meds be refilled. No meds at the pharmacy….no callback as to why. I spoke with the front desk which was completely useless. She told me just to leave another message. My daughter has been without her meds and they don’t seem to care.”
