“I had a disappointing experience with this psychiatric office. The communication was poor, scheduling was frustrating, and I did not feel heard or supported as a patient. Mental health care should be handled with compassion and professionalism, but my experience felt dismissive and stressful.”

“I have not had the opportunity to meet the doctor, but my experience with the front office staff has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. I’ve tried multiple times to communicate clearly both by phone and email but my questions have been ignored, dismissed, or met with vague, unhelpful responses. Rather than addressing my concerns directly, the staff seems to deflect and place the burden back on me as the patient. It’s concerning that this level of disregard is happening before I’ve even had a chance to be seen. If the front office is this disorganized and dismissive, it raises serious doubts about the overall quality of care at this practice. Professionalism, respect, and clear communication are the bare minimum any medical office should provide. The doctor is Dr. Hawkins of Hawkins Psychiatry PLLC in Arlington. The reviews are poor for a reason.”

“TMS Depression Center has been very helpful for me. Yes, I tend to be a hard person to diagnose since the brain plays a big issue in my life somehow Dr. Hawkins has been the person that was able to do it finally. The staff is always there to help you and listen to you and to make sure you feel safe. You can see that they love what they do from TMS to Spravato. If you are looking for a place that can help you with depression this would be the place to choose. The Mansfield location did not start off as a great location at first it was one that I would not suggest. But now with the staff that is there now which is amazing I would suggest them to everyone.”
