“Dr Cullinane is awesome! It’s just the staff is not very friendly sometimes, especially Kim. I’ve been a patient here for at least 15 years. I have really bad anxiety and when you call to ask about a medication I needed a refill for she was so rude and just made my anxiety spike even more. She always makes me feel like she’s accusing me of lying which I wasn’t. She called the pharmacy and they told her that yes I was due for that medication. If you don’t have compassion or patience you should NOT be in a psychiatric office. Gail is actually really nice and so is his nurse Suzanne. Everyone else acts like they don’t want to be there and like they really don’t give a crap about the patients.”

“Dr. Culliane and Suzanne his nurse are absolutely wonderful he I give a five. His office staff needs to go, especially his new staff that can't read a fax from a pharmacy and then calls someone else's phone requesting my information. And I have the attitude because they can't call in a preauthorization to insurance.”

“I saw Dr Cullinane years ago and liked him very much. I tried to reach out to him again and was told by the office staff that I needed to prepay for my visit and that he was overbooked so I would be seeing one of his associates. I prepaid hundreds of dollars and was seen by a very rude, unprofessional and unqualified nurse practitioner named Mary. She didn't listen to a word I said. She was too busy looking up things on her computer. I was in tears and looking for someone to help me, instead she insulted me and questioned my mothering skills! Outrageous!!! I have no idea how she is qualified to work with people with mental illness or just to work with people at all! Right after our session she took my private medical records into Dr Cullinane and showed him! I saw her do it! After all of that, the staff has the nerve to send me a bill for 5$!!! So unbelievable!!! So unprofessional!!! I have asked for my money back and have been ignored.”

“I would give Dr. Cullinane at least 4 stars. It is unfortunate the office hands working for him goes together as far as a business as a whole. When you are hi anxiety especially social, you need someone you can count on to be considerate. I tried calling to make a payment but as many times they turn the answering service on up to a half hour early. This is very frequent. Other times I try to be polite but just get aggressive mood in return. I'm sure it's a high pace job with a lot of demand but the discomfort you get is the complete opposite of what someone like myself can handle. I'm a grown man with strong exterior. These are the few of people that have made me upset enough to tear up. They are sometimes nice as well. It's the not knowing that is worse. It keeps you unsure and at their mercy apologetic for things that you shouldn't be. If he had a new staff...it would be a good place. I just hate dealing with him as a doctor cause I have to deal with his assistants.”
