“Doctors are great if you don't EVER NEED ANYTHING OUTSIDE OF YOUR ALOTTED MONTHLY APPOINTMENT! Good luck reaching them for ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING, EMERGENCY SITUATIONS INCLUDED. I AM NOT SURE IF THE MESSAGES EVER EVEN MAKE IT PAST THEIR EXTREMELY RUDE AND ENTIRELY USELESS/CLUELESS RECEPTIONISTS WHEN YOU SPEAK TO THEM BUT I DO KNOW THAT EVEN VOICEMAILS I LEFT ON THE SUPPOSED "OWNERS" VOICEMAIL AND MESSAGES SENT DIRECTLY THROUGH THE TIMELY PSYCHIATRY WEBSITE HAVE ALL WENT UNANSWERED AND COMPLETELY IGNORED AS IF MY NEEDS DON'T HAVE ABSOLUTELY ANY MEANING TO THEM AT ALL. NOT VERY COMFORTING.”

“Was a patient for almost few months, therapist was lovely but the entire practice should seriously do a reality check. Things happen, things come up and because of two “no shows” I’m expected to pay a fee to be able to continue sessions. Impractical when that’s denying mental health services to those who are on medications. Prescription refills never get answered when pharmacy reaches out and it won’t be provided unless seeing the therapist prior. All in all, if you do a no show make sure you’re stocked on medications and/or have $75 to pay to get help or go elsewhere. Ridiculous lol”

“I had Dr. Modesta she was a female and she didnt listen to me at all!!!!!. Then I called the lovely reception zahair and he was extremely accomodating and friendly and referred me to their different doctor a Male named Aneke Godfrey and Godfrey is a GOD!!!!! I recommend EVERYONE to have GODFREY the GOD!!!! He listened! He calmed me down! And gave me a medication 💊 that truly worked for me. He started me on twice a day. My only request is that I get put on 3 times a day because I wake up 8 in the morning and the meds only last 4 hours. So if he cant adjust me to 3 times a day in my second or third appointment id give a 5 star review instead of a 4 star review! Thank you so much receptionist Zahair and Godfrey the GOD!!!! You guys are the BEST!!!! Oh and im Mike T my email jon is different then my real name lol”
