How likely are you to recommend Tiffin Psychiatry Center?
What patients say on Google
“Dr. Rana, Marilyn Dorsey and the staff really seem to care and are understanding of many different situations.”
“In 2019 I went to an intake appointment to talk to Dr Rana Jatinder about severe depression and ptsd I was scared cause I was pregnant with my second son at the time and my OB and I thought I would go into post partum psychosis so I reached out for help. Dr Jatinder told me he didn't even think I was depressed and laughed at me. Very unprofessional. I went into post partum psychosis December 2019 after feeling gaslit by this "doctor" I stayed to myself, broke down and was hospitalized 3 times in 1 month. This led to me losing my kids in family court to my abuser in 2023 even though I had found a better doctor and was regularly being treated for years. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE. I'm fighting for my life back and this place failed me where they had the space to help me.”
“The doctor is fine but whoever is in charge of saving patients information should find a different job. My first appointment was cancelled and the number they called to tell me wasn't even close to mine so I didn't find out until I wasted my gas and showed up. Then a week later I finally get to see the doctor and the prescriptions he sent to the pharmacy had a birthdate of 1988. I was born in 97. So I can't pick up my medication until someone answers the phone for right aide. Which no one answers the phone there. You leave a message and they call you. So now I have to spend a day communicating between them and rite aide so I can get my medication.”
“The doctor and nurse themselves I have no major issues with, but don’t bother calling the office if you need something. 9 times out of 10 they won’t pick up their phone regardless of how many times or what hour you call, and they have so many messages that their voicemail box regularly fills up. I’ve complained over voicemail considering I’ve literally run out of medication twice now with no one to answer my calls for a refill request, and today I got a voicemail back while I was at work where the lady seemed to sass me about not picking up in response to my complaint. Super unprofessional reception, I feel sorry for anyone going through a mental health crisis that can’t get ahold of the people that are supposed to be helping them. Definitely going elsewhere.”
