“Very disappointed. Time wasted for both myself and my daughter. I booked using the portal, inputing insurance information. Everything was fine until the appointment time. The provider mentioned it was deemed out of network -- at the time of the appointment -- not at the time of scheduling or the days leading up to it. Then, magically, my appointment with a different provider booked prior to that appointment disappeared from their portal. Took of work and missed personal activities for nothing. If you are going to use them, please call and verify. Also suggest not using Thriveworks for multiple clients -- it doesnt seem like their portal can handle it.”

However, she abruptly disappeared with no explanation and that devastated my child. We got a call from Thrive stating that she will no longer be my daughter’s therapist. But still no word from her, even after I reached out to explain the importance of her breaking the news to her client. Trust has been broken!”
