“I felt very disconnected from my therapist. This was my first time doing virtual therapy and having her look up exercises on the computer after every thing I said felt like something I could do on my own. I requested to cancel my future appointments two days before my appointment but because it was 46 hours ahead of time instead of 48 I was charged $135 when I’m mentally not in a good place nor am I financially in the best place. I would not recommend Thriveworks to a single person I know looking for help.”
