“They're a great company as long as you have 0 issues with insurance. My daughter is double insured. I submitted both insurances when I registered her like they requested. For some reason they're system didn't keep her primary insurance on file and they just billed her secondary. I didn't know this though!! I was paying co-pays and everything was fine until we got a message stating that they had been billing the wrong insurance and needed her other cars refiled so they can submit the claim. Ok no problem. So, I did that. They then say they're submitting it and not to worry about anything. Two days later we get hit with an almost $700 bill that they decided to just withdraw from our account without our consent. Not ONLY did they not tell us what we owed, but no payment plan was even discussed!! I was/am livid! I told them it was crap that they are billing us without running it through insurance first and demanded a refund. We were told no and that's just how they do things and we will be refunded whatever we over payed in 4 to 6 weeks!!!! Do NOT go here or if you choose to do so anyway. Do NOT keep a card on file! They are absolutely worthless at resolving issues should any arise!”
