She was young and showed no interest in our wellbeing. She did not ask any questions during our session.”

“I would NEVER invest my time and money with this company ever again. I had exactly 1 session with a counselor who spent the entire time talking about herself and her own personal divorce, hardly taking the time to find things about me at all. So I paid for a session, to listen to someone else's issues. I personally felt as though i was the therapist at this point. When I called to get a refund for lack of actual professional services rendered I was given the runaround. I was emailed and told it wasn't possible and that in truth, I was actually the issue. This was from the regional director, mind you. There was no accountability for his employee, simply redirected blame and refused refund. To which point I've replied to him twice and gotten no responses. So I've called again since then twice to get only 1 email from another person who was looking into my case. When I replied to her, she also didn't give any responses. Needless to say this was in October of last year and it's now February and it's still not been resolved. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.”
