“Horrible first the therapist counselor whatever the hell she was got on and asked how we were since our last session ? It was our first session!! Then she claimed that the system was down and she couldn’t see us at the time because she couldn’t check us in which is understandable. Then she rescheduled us for same day 9 pm central time 8 pm mountain time. We were waiting for 20 minutes before giving up hope that she was going to get on worst service ever didn’t reach out to cancel appointment or anything or apologize because she had us waiting there like idiots !! Worst service ever hated the experience I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone !!! I should charge you all the $135 no show cancellation fee for wasting my time .”
