“The chat person, Kenneth B., is not good at his job. It was like walking in circles. I say: I've been trying to reach out to the person I was seeing. He then tells me who it was and their email and says "you need to reach out to them." Like, yeah.... I just told you I have been trying to get a hold of them and haven't been successful. Then I ask for the psychiatrist's name that my provider mentioned, stating I knew they worked closely together and that it was a female, and could he provide a name, to which he said: "There is no psychiatrist clinician assign to you yet." This person cannot read to comprehend and isn't right for the chat in position. I KNOW they're not assigned to me, Kenneth, I am SIMPLY and CLEARLY asking for a name so I can reach out personally.”
