“I have never had a worse experience. On the first encounter the woman was callous and rude. She had me fill out a survey and then said to me, “it’s the first day, this is all that’s needed, thanks.” And directed me to the door. I made a comment about the time, reminding her that we had only been sitting for 30 minutes as opposed to the hour we had paid for. She quickly assured me that none of that mattered because there was nothing else to talk about on our first encounter. I cried as I walked out, when I made it to the car my husband was very upset and called the company to make a complaint. It was not taken seriously. He then requested that we be refunded since I went for counseling and did not receive anything but heartache and tears, that was denied as well. Instead of addressing the problem we were asked if perhaps we’d like a new therapist within the network. All around horrible company, we switched immediately and are very happy.”
