“i needed a therapist for anxiety and ocd. i was told by the therapist here that she was trained in helping people with ocd, and anxiety. the first appointment was online and it went well. (besides being cut off multiple times) when i went in person she asked me a question ( i can’t remember what it was but it was about my boyfriend) and when i told her about the argument we had before i came in. she shut me down and told me i needed more advanced help. never told me why. just gave me a number to call and when i called it was a out of service number…”

“I had no direct number to contact the therapist. Google Maps had no directions. I drove around 30 minutes trying to find the location. Finally called the out of state number I’d found, but could barely understand the person, due to a very thick accent. She was zero help. Had no idea, but said she could try & find an email address so I could try & send a message. I thanked her & hung up. I finally found a row of mail boxes in a parking lot that had the address I’d been seeking. Thank God, I’d finally found it. It would be great if you could update address & contact information to ensure no one else encounters what I dealt with. A bright sign on the building would be helpful as well. The large “David’s Burgers” sign should be removed. The actual therapist seems as if she will be helpful. I enjoyed our first session.”
