“Whoever is answering your phone calls is absolutely grossly nasty attitude. I was trying to locate a provider instead she eroded my question and skipped to aggressively asking me about my insurance, my zip code and so forth. Never gave a care about what I initially said then proceeds to say oh she is not one of our providers. I’ve never encountered such nasty aggressive behavior from a therapy office in my life. I’m extremely competent and aware of why I was calling and she never cared just worried about getting through a script of questions. Never listened to the reason why I was calling in the first place and that’s to know if a provider was with this practice. You all need to understand customer service skills because huffing and puffing and being angered during a “intake” as the lady specified is not the way to go. Do better!!!”
