“Like other comments have said this is a very misleading company. I booked an appointment and then for some reason got a cancelation confirmed text day of my appointment. I checked everything and it looked like the appointment was still scheduled so I called them the confirmed the appointment was still scheduled. I then asked if there was anything else I needed to do before the appointment and then they said I had to fill out the assessment paperwork. I then checked for it and I did not see any email stating this and my dashboard did not have anything. I was also in the middle of my work day and the appointment was right after work. They sent me 9 documents of stuff to fill out. Plus they have you send all of your information just to have to send it again in their portal. Because I didnt have time to fill out the documents they used my "one time reschedule forgiveness" because of a mistake THEY made. Also I noticed in the fine print that you are responsible to make sure your insurance will cover the visit. They told me my provider will cover it aside from a copay. I called my provider and it was not covered. So I canceled all together. What a waste of time and energy.”

“Very misleading company. When you call, you’re connected to an out-of-state call center, not the local office. All appointments with Doctors are Telehealth only, there are no in-person visits. They also require a credit or debit card on file, so if you don’t cancel your appointment 48hrs prior you are charged a $137 cancellation fee. I was referred to the Grand Rapids office by my doctor, but there’s no way to contact that location directly—no phone number or local line. It’s been nothing but a frustrating experience. I would not recommend dealing with this company.”

“I have been seeing Emily Warning for nearly 2 years now and don't plan on stopping anytime soon! She is an amazing listener and has helped me sooo much with my anxiety issues. She is relatable and extremely understanding, down to earth and overall not like any therapist I have met before. (as someone else mentioned too) I would highly recommend her to anyone especially if you're one that has anxiety! -Thriveworks has also been fairly easy to deal with and I haven't had any issues regarding the company itself. The office is always clean and comfortable and the decor is cute.”
