They tried charging me $138 for canceling even though it was 2 days in advance stay away total SCAM beware!!!”

“Worst company Thrive. I had an in person appt today at 11. I cant ZOOM they knew that so it was person to person. I already paid my #25.00 copay. I got a confirmation. They then told me it was put in as a zoom call. Never saw or spoke to dr.they couldnt change it. They had the audacity to tell me because I canceled which i didnt they did that i owe them $135.00 not happening. Don't use Thrive they dont even speak or understand English when they answer the phone and keep you holding forever when seriously this is the USA.”
