“I was told that a specific therapist was supposed to be a perfect match for me. That she covers everything that i needed. I answered all the question and did all the information on Thriveworks before matching with a therapist. I did all of this just for my therapist to tell me she wasn't equipped to help me because i was "too damaged". She asked me the same questions and i gave the same answers and this was her solution to my problem. It was very unprofessional and unkind, she didn't even try to help me find other resources or better help. I payed for an hour session and it only lasted 26 minutes. Not only that she said it was unethical for me to be looking into other resources to further help me because i wasn't staying "loyal to her" or Thriveworks.”
