“Worst nightmare experience, first they sent me to wrong person, wasted my money and time there. Tried to schedule with the correct specialist but hard time with the reps since no information was saved from first meeting. FINALLY they scheduled and just before the meeting, kept calling me to reschedule. I did, same input session, hoping she will talk about some strategies and techniques, never happened. Today supposed to meet. Again she was calling me saying that her computer broke and needs to reschedule. Wasted my time again. I will never ever contact this firm again, rip off!!!”

“Called there this morning (4-16-2025) and the person that answered the phone was very offish, as if he was not pleased to be at work this morning. I asked to schedule a first-time appointment. He went silent and never said anything else other than a deep sigh that was heard through the phone. I hung up because if your front desk staff is not welcoming, there can't be much help in this place. I say visit and use at your own risk. I will not be using them because there is no professionalism in the person who answers the phone, which is a deal breaker for me.”
